How to Use the Guide to Self Help Books
The Guide to Self Help Books has three main sections:
Mental Health Concerns contains self help books on mental disorders and effective treatments.
Challenges in Living lists self help books on significant life transitions, parenting and relationships.
Personal Growth includes self help books on personal growth, self-care and self-improvement.
Each section has a brief introduction and a listing of the topics it contains. To make it easier for you to navigate within the Guide, the complete Directory of all the sections is also listed in the nav bar down the left side of the page.
It's easy! Click on the section you wish to browse and scroll down the page. Each book is pictured and described in a brief annotation.

You may also view the book's table of contents and some sample pages. Most books are available in either new or used condition with a wide range of prices or used copies. Many of the books are now available on kindle as well.
